Busy, busy, and busy....

You can never imagine how busy it is in my normal working day. Phone calls, drop-in customers, emails messages from clients and other staffs, deposits, policy processing, office supplies ordering...etc. My workload in this new office is twice as much as the workload in my previous office. There are only 2 persons doing 3 persons' task in this office. It's almost impossible to catch up with deadline and clients' inquiry on time. No wonder my manager has been working until around 6pm in the past few months. I have been working overtime in the past few days as well. Unfortunately, I won't get paid for working overtime. Perhaps I will get time off for working overtime. I hope my manager will able to hire a new staff soon.
